One of my customized icon won't appear?

Hey, so I followed ipodtouchmaster's tutorial on youtube on how to customize your own icons using FTP I did so and it worked.. But for some reason the weather one won't appear, yes.. in my customized folder theres a weather file, and it's different picture from deafult (which what it is now, hideous) the weather file is a .app so it should be fine, it is named Weather.. but for some reason it won't appear, I try making another folder (different customization) but weather still won't appear.. I even downloaded some of others customized theme on this website, again.. the weather icon is on default someone help I really hate the original default weather icon it's so big... and... solid colors D:

By the way, there's also a little button that says "Edit" next to your posts so you don't have to post 3 times after yourself... just cluttering up the thread...
