I don't want iTunes to manage my applications. I want it to stay the frell away from from them. No matter what Sync settings I use it wants to delete them from my iPod.

I still want to sync my music and vids, just not the applications.

Is that what iTunes thinks it is?

This is a shared iPod that we've used two different Apple accounts.

Is it not possible/legal to use to different accounts on one device?

I'm thinking the best solution here may just buy apps on the App Store application on the iPod and then using something other than iTunes to sync my other media.

Unless anyone has a better idea.
