    ok then go to private/var/root
if there's no media folder then make one.
    now it should be private/var/root/media
now go into media and create a folder called ROMs(exactly like that)
alright now it should be private/var/root/media/ROMs/
oknow go into ROMs and create a folder called GBA(this is where the gamebou Roms go)
    now it should be private/var/root/media/ROMs/GBA
inside GBA you put the roms

for some reason it doesnt work tho wen i run the emulator

it says "sorry but ipSP requires a gameboy Adva... "( then the letters go off the screen, they are a lil hard to read so i mite have gotten a letter or 2 wrong)

its probably telling you that you need to install a BIOS, which is the gameboy operating system and allows you to play the games. i'm pretty sure you need to place it in the applications/gpSPhone.app folder. goolge for a place to dl one
