    Hey guys,

Everytime I plug in my iPod touch, it brings up the iTunes message asking if I want the January software upgrade....I do not!!!

I always select "No Thanks" or even "Remind Me Later", and yet it still keeps coming back.

The main problem is that everytime I select one of those options I get an error saying:
"An Error Occurred...The iTunes store could not process your request. Try again later."

It always says this...how can I get it to go away??

It wouldn't be so bad, but it messes up my auto sync.

Yes, I could do this and downgrade the firmware to 1.1.2, but that would erase the apps like Mail, and Maps which are only for 1.1.3.

    LOL!

Yes, this is the "No Thanks" button I referred to in my first post. If I select this, it leads to that error, and then eventually the same notice when the ipod is plugged in again.
