I jailbroke my iTouch withy iLiberty+ and it came with Cydia. I like Cydia but Cydia doesn't have some of the apps I want. So how do I get the installer.app on my iTouch and keep Cydia on the iTouch too?

    iTouch firmware is 1.1.4.

You can call it iPod Touch and I'll call it iTouch. Also, that has nothin to do with my question.

I already jailbroke with iLiberty and it came with Cydia and not Installer. So how do I get installer.app?

I tried that once and the installer you get from ZiPhone causes many problems with firmware 1.1.4. I heard iLiberty is the best to use for firmware 1.1.4.

    1. Re-jailbreak using iLiberty+, have Jailbreak checked off. Don't click Go for It! yet.
    2. In the 'Advanced' tab, click on the 'Available in Repo' tab at the bottom.
    3. Click the 'Refresh' button.
    4. Scroll down, select the 'Installer' application.
    5. Select the 'Download' button once 'Installer' is checked off.
    5. Now it will appear in the 'Local' tab when finished downloading.
    6. Select 'Installer' off in the Local tab now.
    7. Now, go back to the 'Standard' tab and select 'Go for it!'

You now have the Installer packager rather than the Cydia packager!

Also, has anyone had any problems with iLiberty or Installer?
