I am using the iGlossSol theme and I like everything about it except the lockbar. How do I change it back to the default?

Use ifile or SSH and go to /Library/Themes/THEME_NAME
The lockbar would be under Bundles> TelephonyUI. Delete the file you don't want or rename it and respring.
