    1.) Open your favorite editor.

    2.) Paste that code in there..

    Code:
    #!/bin/bash

    ## start compiz
    DISPLAY=:0.0 compiz --only-current-screen --replace &
    #sleep 3
    #DISPLAY=:0.1 compiz --only-current-screen --replace &
    3.) Save the file as <name>.sh
    For example, startcompiz.sh

    4a.) Then access the command-line (via Terminal or Console), change directories to where you saved the .sh file, and type:

    Code:
    $ [I][B]bash <name>.sh[/B][/I]

    (Using our example):
    $ [I][B]bash startcompiz.sh[/B][/I]
    $ = Prompt.. (In bash, your prompt may be [gabe@gabe /home/gabe] or something similar)

    4b.) Either do 4a, or you can do what he said..
