I started to download some apps the other day whilst my ipod was still plugged into my PC and I unplugged it. Before I unplugged my Ipod, the applications were on 'loading', then after I unplugged it they went to 'waiting' and are still on 'waiting' 2 days after I first tried to download the apps. I just tried to download another app, it's currently on loading and has been for the last 5 mins and nothing has happened yet, nothing has loaded. Currently I have 3 apps on waiting and one on loading, all doing nothing and I can't get rid of them.

Have you tried to reboot your iPod? This has worked for me in the past...

If I tap on the waiting apps all of the apps wiggle but I can only delete the apps that are fully installed.

Ok, then as said try to hard restart your device (hold home and power button till your device restarts), and if that doesen't work, you'll probably have to restore! :(

For this situation, you do NOT need to restore, like everyone says. Hard reset the iPod, and when it restarts, it might say something about downloading the application via iTunes, just check for purchases and transfer purchases from iPod and post back with the results.

Hold the power and hold buttons together until the iPod restarts

That happened to me too and all I did was that I went back to the app store on the app I was trying to install. I hit install and installs and the waiting and loading disappears.
