how do i change the default icons to custom ones?

    i'd like to change the icons that my current theme doesn't cover to custom ones, but i dont know where to go (using SSH) and what to do. please help.

    iPhone 3G (Black)
    Navigate to /Applications and replace the icon.png image with your own... that simple

    [EDIT]Oh and if it's the Weather icon that's giving you troubles be sure to download the "Weather Icon Fix" from installer

    for individual icons go to the app itself and replace image with a .png file called "icon" without quotes

    for multiple icons download customize 2.0 or summerboard (makes it easy to replace multiple icons and icon sets)
