Anyone know? I want the status bar to be exactly like it is on the homepage to be like that in apps too. I hate the white status bar with the colored text, how do I make the status bar in apps look like the one on the homepage?

you can do that with a plist edit in your theme folder ...

    7.) Key – “StatusBarMode”
    String – “0”, “1”, “2”, or “3”
Description – Forces the use of only one of the three status bars. “0” defaults the “Default_BG” status bar, “1” defaults the FST_BG status bar, and “2” or “3” defaults to the FSO_BG status bar.

    8.) Key – “StatusBarContentsMode”
    String – “0”, “2”, or “3”
Description – Forces the use of only one of the two sets of status bars icons (the little icons that appear on the status bar). “0” defaults the “Default_BG” status bar icons, and “2” or “3” defaults to the FSO_BG status bar icons. Note: using the “StatusBarMode” key will automatically impose the corresponding StatusBarContentsMode string. Use this key if u want a different string to be utilized.

ok i was gone for a while

unzip this and then drop the .plist file into your theme folder ie:

    /private/var/stash/Themes.XXXXXX/Your Current.theme

    edit the text so that

    <string>0,1,2 OR 3</string>

    says

    <string>0</string>

    or

    <string>1</string>

    etc...

    just play with it..

PS. it wont change until you respring. if it messes everything up and you get mad, just delete it from that folder

Sry, i messed up. you WILL NEED TO RENAME THAT FILE to Info.plist

    (capitalize the "info")

    Attached Files:

    • info.rar
      File size:
      299 bytes

are both of those supposed to be set to a number or just one at a time?

edit: nevermind i think i got it, thanks a lot!

if i set it to 3 for the first one and 0 for the next one its perfect except my statusbar background is transparent now, is there a fix for this?
