Is it because off the jailbroken upgrade or does the iTunes Store only have a bug?
Because everytime when i'm plug my iPod in the Message with the January Upgrade appears.
But when i hit on "No Thanks" --> "An error occured"

Yeah, Apple's soft is the one with the bugs considering you're obtaining these apps illegally.

    Unbelievable.

But it is a bug. It has nothing to do with the jailbreak, I made a fresh restore last night with no jailbreak or anything else and the error messages persisted, I could not get rid of the Software Update offer.

    It is really unbelievable.

but it's really becoming quite a pain as it's interrupting the automatic sync progress as I plug in the touch!

when you plug it in, it's gonna be a "x" on top when it says "loading iTunes store", simply click that X and you're good =)

LOL the best way to get rid of it is purchasing the applications. Personally, I think its wrong to fork over $20 for something that someone is getting for free on a cheaper iPod than what I paid. If anything they should pay the $20 and we should get it for free. Didnt our iPods cost $400? while theirs are $340 now?
