    Hi guys,

I'm up against a aggravating issue. I've installed NCFTP via Cydia, and I can login as mobile via the Transmit.app FTP program, and I have read/write privileges. However, when I connect to the ipod using THE SAME local IP, username, and password, I don't get write ability, just read.

What the heck is going on??
    Ideas/help very much appreciated.

How is Finder's FTP program different?

    Thanks.

If it's basic use you're looking to FTP for (file storage, etc), I'd give Discover a try.

It lists your iPhone/iPod's HDDs like FTP, except you have read/write access. You can even password protect.
