I have an iPod Touch 3G 8GB (or 2G if you want) and I just jailbroke it on 4.0 thanks to Comex.

Anyway, I can't seem to install Features to enable the iOS 4 multitasking so I tried it the manual way by editing the .plist thing, but I can only find N72AP.plist, there's no N82AP.plist in SSH...
So how can I enable the multitasking and the battery percentage features?

    Thanks.

I tried the same thing. My n72ap.plist file for some reason doesn't match with one of the threads I was reading the tutorial on.Maybe it was because iFunBox did it that way but I don't know. For now I'm just gonna wait and download proswitcher.

Wait. N72AP is for iPod Touch - N82AP is for iPhone.
Youre right, just look for Mulittasking and write true

    I can't find multitasking in N72AP.plist either.
I'm not sure if I can post the info found in N72AP.plist here but it's not got this <true> or <false> in it.

I'm using Windows 7 if that makes a difference.

The third Gen iPod touch 8GB has both N82AP.plist and N72AP.plist. The N82AP.plist has the settings for Multitasking and wallpaper.

When I open the N72AP.plist file with notepad it doesn't show the list of the true and false things. It's a bunch of random boxes like this [] and stuff and it's annoying cause I wanna enable multitasking and wallpapers :O.

    N82AP.plist isn't there...hold on let me check O_O..

I can only see N72AP.plist. Above the file is mute.png and below it is NextOffT.png and it's in alphabetical order.

    I'm using this path : /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app
