How can i downgrade my ipod touch 2g from 4.0 to 3.0?

    Heres the scoop.

    I just installed os 4.0.

    i hate it.

    i watnt to get back to 3.0 (dont really want to go 3.1.1 ETC, will if i have to.) but i get errors every time.

    My ipod is a ipod touch second generation, 32 gig mb model.

    it just runs like crap on my ipod. i have no idea why. it just does. ive tried restoring it se3veral times. plus with themes and what not they just dont work like they did in the 3.0 releases.

    If you have the firmware It's a shift and click restore find your 3.1.2(example) and click ok. Gotta be in DFU mode

    I just changed to 4.0 on my 2g itouch from 3.0 .....boy the battery sucks now. Its not a MC, are most people going back due to the battery issue?
