    I really don't understand what you're trying to say but, I am guessing you want to replace a picture with a different one? First of all you can't delete the pictures on your ipod therefore you can't replace them. All you can do is go on the computer, delete the pictures you don't like, and replace them with the ones you like. Hope I helped.

    dont know if i got ya post either, but heres a couple o guess's....
    if your using a UIImageView then you can just change the pic with setImage...
    http://jiggyapp.com/doc/files/UIKit/UIWindow-jsi.html#UIImageView
    ...or you can delete a view with removeFromSuperview() and then add it again when you need it with addSubview..
    ...so if you had a view called SubView1 and SubView2 attached to a view called MainView, you could.....
    MainView.addSubview ( SubView1);
    SubView1.removeFromSuperview();
    MainView.addSubview( SubVIew2);
    SubView2.removeFromSuperview();

    i have an app....

    when it boots, it displays picture using this code:

    var pic = new Image( "start/start1.png" );
    var imgView = new UIImageView( pic );
    imgView.position = [30, 100];
    mainView.addSubview( imgView );

    then, you press a UiAlertButton thingy on the nav bar, and select yes, and another picture appears...

    the pictures are small, and go over the top of each other...ok so example time

    when app starts, 1 is displayed, you press button in nav bar and yes, then 2 appears, i done all that

    problem is, they appear on top of each other, so the number 2 is over number 1

    i don't want to see the 1...so...when i press YES from the button in the nav bar, i want 1 to go and 2 to appear.

    how?

    thank you

    sorry it wasnt clear..

    if you want to get rid of that picture then use the line....
    imgView.removeFromSuperview();
    ...and to show it again.....
    mainView.addSubview( imgView );
