How can I backup my Sources? ='/

    How can I back it up?
    I know IPTMaster05 posted the backup thing an hour ago
    But this iPod i'm messing with is 1.1.1
    and the backup needs 1.1.3 and 4 in order to work.

    and uhhh, NES ROMs.. where is it?!

    Or you can navigate to the following folder and save this file:

    ~/var/mobiles/Library/Installer/TrustedSources.plist

    Your sources are in that file. It's a basic XML formatted file.

    He's talking about the app in Installer which backs up your Application settings.

    Not all you're sources are in that file. Those are just sources that Installer knows are definitely trustworthy. In fact, TrustedSources.plist doesn't even list any that are installed, it only lists trusted sources for Installer to use as a reference. If you were to remove all your sources, everything in that file will still remain.

    Where all your sources are kept is in PackageSources.plist (**including the trusted ones installed**). Even look for yourself, you'll only find 5 or so repos in TrustedSources.plist, but in PackageSources.plist you'll find quite a few (all the sources you have installed).

    kool thanks for this,

    so if i backup that file on my computer, restore and then copy it back in, i will have all of my sources again???

    Also is there a file that tells installer what programs are installed becuase i would like to back that up as well???
