I restored my ipod Touch to 2.0.1 but i allways have a few problems.

-I have 165mb of "Other" disk space
-my OpenSSH Folders are all wack. I can't find my "Apps, Wallpapers or anything!" and when i tried to open "Themes" it says it doesn't exist.

Clear cache by going to the root directory, hitting ctrl + a, and then going to the "Commands" menu at the top and then selecting "Clear Caches".

Then, DFU restore through iTunes and your other should be back under ~100 MB. It won't get lower than that even with a totally clean iPod.
