How are you guys jailbreaking 2.0.2 5C1

    because i can't... I tried pwnage tool for mac and it created the file and i put it in recovery mode then tried to restore from custom ipsw and there's always been an error

    The latest version works fine for iPhone 3G but not sure if they fixed it for iPods. Quickpwn works if you can find a windows machine.

    Im having the same problem.. and its pissing me off royally.. ive changed USB ports, restarted, even tried different itunes versions and i still get error 6..

    ive tried quickpwn and winpwn.. same damn error.. im ticked.. i dont know what im doing wrong.. im on version 2.0.2 and using the version 2.0 for the jb..

    pwnae tool 2.0.3.1 worked for my ipod touch

    restore to stock 2.0.2, get the firmwares 2.0.1. and 2.0.2 handy like on the desktop. Get latest version on quickpwn and follow directions!

    That's exactly what's happening to me it's super annoying, if anyone knows a solution to this problem it would be greatly appreciated if you would share it.

    use dfu mode error 6 means your not in dfu mode

    PwnageTool isn't working for you because your supposed to put your iPod into DFU mode. There are steps on how to do that after you make your custom firmware .ipsw file.
