    Do this -

    Reboot your iPod

    If that doesn't work -

    Turn off your iPod

Hold down the home button and plug it in while still holding the home button

Wait till you see a picture of a plug + the iTunes logo, and iTunes recognizes your iPod in recovery mode.

Now in iTunes hit the "Restore" button.

DFU -> Restore. That would be the easiest way. But you will lose all your stuff. Try switching USB ports.

Thank gosh rebooting worked. But since then every app that I get from app store crashes at start. I rebooted for CannonGame and it worked, but I downloaded Tris, rebooted and it still crashes. Help?

Delete it, and re-download it. If that doesn't work, then re-spring(if you can). If that doesn't work then reboot. All I can say.
