I have great ideas for non-news too!

Find me legitimate news. iPod touch Fans keeps the news to actual news. Not random application releases, but news. I understand things like [PIRACY]us shutting down and Adobe posts porn on blog to prove iPad's lack of flash is devastation, but... no. Additionally, it's way too late to post that kind of thing now. The MR Team has basically stopped reviewing things, and we only have one front page writer.

i think it would be really good idea if the current ipodtouchfans news page just became the front page for both of them ... and you can just pick from there where you would like to go (iPTF or MTF)kind of like it is just now .. but with big neeto buttons :L ?

no point in having two seperate news pages ? would be easier for you guys aswell :L

Spoonforknife, I notice that news such as that should not be on there, but maybe other tech news? The iPod touch is not really getting any major updates, at least for now, so maybe try spicing things up a bit with some tech news about maybe new programs for the iPod to be used on a computer such as information about iFunBox or the like. Maybe have more reviews of accessories?

There are more things to be put on the holy first page other than Information just about the iPod touch. This is just my opinion and whether you and/or bgizzle acknowledges that (which I rarely get acknowledged for anything site related) is up to you, the beholder. I am simply just another one of your thousands upon thousands of members registered on the site trying to give some hopeful yet helpful insight.

There is no news, unless you count pointless stuff like Spoon said. Also, why don't you write some articles if you think there needs to be more? Don't whine if you aren't willing to do anything about it. I think if you tried to write some legit articles, you'd realize that there is a lack of news to post right now. Why didn't you post this on iPtF's suggestions or feedback instead of on Multi-touch Fans?

Hopefully, if there is a homepage for multitouchfans, we'll be able to use that for a lot of the news. I mean, it's hard to find news for products that have been out for so long (such as the iPod Touch and iPhone). But since multi-touch covers such a huge amount of technology, it would be pretty easy to find news.

And in any case, I don't necessarily think that reading someone's opinion on iPad or some other sort of technology is "boring." I'd much rather read a blogger's opinion than having no updates at all.

Do you think that if there is a home page, we will be hearing more "blogger's opinions" and not just news? I think it'll be a lot more interesting and obviously a lot more frequent.
