iOS 3.1 Holy Cow: Jailbroken Apps work on new iTunes sync

    I've just jailbroken my iPod touch 1g with 3.1 and I can confirm that you can move Cydia and iTunes around in the new app placement part in iTunes

    Though the five icon dock doesn't work. My iPod has the settings app as the fifth application and as you can see it doesn't show. Icy and Cydia work like every other app though

    When i try to Sync and do that, it gives me error and shuts down.
    When i try again it just doesnt show anything...

    It doesn't look like you're using the default theme. This is probably why you do not have icons.
