Can I get testicular cancer (or some other diseases) from holding my laptop on my lap? It's not really on my lap, it's more up - starts from the bottom of my belly and it clearly covers my genitalia. My sister just brought her laptop and I'm wondering what's a safe way to use it.
Have you been on the internet again On Topic: If you could get some form of cancer, the FCC would of made the tech companys change this ALONG time ago
No, but it reduces the possibility of having children. Use a board (maybe even thick cardboard, but I use a varnished board) under the laptop if it's on your lap. My mom's HP dv7 is too hot to have on my lap anyways, and that's what I do.
Yup. My mom's laptop ALWAYS runs over 100° when it's on. And the metal the laptop is made of heats up fast. Gotta love MacBook Airs. MacBook Airs hardly get hot at all. Sorry, off topic there, but glad to have helped.
No. If you leaving it baking hot there for hours like having a really hot bath for hours then it call kill some of your unborn children, but that's about it.
Yes it can increase your chances for cancer. The whole reason your balls are outside your body is to keep them cool. If you fry them, bad things happen. Bottom line: keep heat away from the sensitive areas.
It kills those tadpole like cells , but they come back very quickly. I'm not sure of cancerous dangers
