No actually I'm having the same problem. Categories will add shortcuts to the folders, but won't remove apps from the springboard. SBsettings Hide Icons won't remove anything from the spring board. And Bossprefs Hide icons also doesn't do a thing. I've tried everything but I can no longer hide any app from the springboard. I don't know what's wrong! I've been jailbreaking since the ipod touch 1g and i've never had this problem. Anyone have a suggestion? I'm on an ipod touch 2g 3.1.2 jailbroken using blackra1n.

I never used stack before recently, but it isn't removing apps from the springboard either when I move them into the stack.
