Welcome to iPod touch Fans! Unfortunately I've already infracted you for discussing illegal material, so I'll tell you now for when you get back: read the rules.

He was discussing cracked applications, exactly like you said.

Anyways, it's okay since your new. It actually isn't pointed out directly in the rules, but rather in an announcement that appears at the top of every forum section. This is only in effect because iPod touch Fans doesn't want to be known as an illegal/piracy forum like others out there. Then you also have the potential of dealing with copyright issues and other problems - you just don't want to deal with all that nonsense.

Good to see you back, and glad to see that you accepted the minor ban and didn't overreact on it like some other users do. And the answer to your question is that you can feel free to discuss anything about jailbreaking. There's many jailbreaking sections on this forum and it's totally allowed. It's not illegal, it just voids your iPod's warranty. But even that can be fixed by just restoring your iPod and Apple does not know you jailbroke so your warranty is in-tact again.

Welcome to the forums once again!
