I think it would be so cool if soneone could make a plug-in controller that works for a specific emulator.. I'm pretty sure it could be done but I think the emulator would need to be recoded or remade. But it would be pretty sweet. I've seen it done on a regular 80gb iPod too but I'm just not sure if it would work on an ipod touch

I'm pretty sure this could be possible with a Plug N' Play Genesis controller..

there needs to be a controller that works for all emu's and someone can develop a plugin for each one for it to work. It sounds reasonable.

Controllers that you generally get have programmable buttons, so you get one for all emus.

i don't think it would make a difference what the controller does.. as long as it has a button for every system's controller, and then you can program it on the emu. im pretty sure thats how it would work. i just wish someone would develop it.. i would, i just have no idea how.

this needs to be done, i would make a stand type thing in the back ofthe controller, to clip the ipod screen in, this would truely be sick...a regular old xbox controller would be best, ive found a driver that uses it as a regular PC controlle for games, its programmable, and it works to cut off the cord, and make it into USB, so the ipod cord is USB, they should work together fabulously.

The ipod has a USB out adapter, but don't receive USB so it'd be pointless
