If you've installed a lot of apps, then you may have run out of space. Search for the way to get around this. If it never worked for you, then I would restore and re-jailbreak.

This is happening because you have run out of space on the iPod's OS partition. To fix it, you will need to either delete apps or move your Applications directory to the Media Partition.

to move the Applications to the Media Partition (highly recommended), follow these steps.
    1) Open PuTTY, or your favorite SSH client.
    2) Type in the following commands. Each new line is a new command, so wiat for the previous to be completed before moving on to the next one. Also note, capitalisation is crucial:
    cd /
    mv /Applications /private/var/Applications
    ln -s /private/var/Applications Applications

OMG PEOPLE, just use Boss Tool. All you have to do with boss tool is press one button and all of your apps get moved into the larger partition. DONT MESS WITH TERMINAL IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING

I agree, because learning the proper way to do things should any errors or complications is just a waste of time.

That was a lie, I don't agree with you at all.

    Just use my Guide here...

    http://www.ifans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=15033

That should help you out tremendously...

I would suggest Uninstalling a few apps and then Install BSD Subsystems and then Run Boss Tool and then follow my guide.
