    My iPod is in DFU mode but I can't get it out. I jailbroke but I now want to undo it. I click restore on iTunes but it says...


    "Software for this iPod is not currently available. Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes and try again"


    Please help. I don't know if I'm posting this in the right section but I really need help.

    reboot your computer and shift click restore instead of just clicking it.

    Will that restore it back to how I got it?

    You need to have the original firmware version of 2.2.1, then open iTunes and click SHIFT + Restore. Find the .ipsw and extract the firmware.
