I wanted to downgrade my iPod from 1.1.4 to 1.1.3 so I went to the ziphone thing, clicked advanced options, then I clicked downgrade bootloader and hit perform actions.

now it's like stuck, my computer isn't recognizing it.
    PLEASE HELP ME!

    dude
    ipods don't have bootloaders
and not every thread happens to get answered in like 5 mins

but put it into recovery mode
by holding the power and home buttons until it turns off
then hold home button and plug it into computer

    restore in iTunes

    if i remember correctly
    u wanted to downgrade
so then put it into dfu mode
    and put it into 1.1.3

dude i dont know about downgrading but if its stuck u have to get the ipod to appear with the itunes/cable pic. heres whatcha do:
hold the sleep/wake (at the top of ipod)button and the home button at the same time
wait till it goes blank and release the sleep/wake button
this should work and once the pic. shows up plug it in and restore

    "Open iTunes
Plug in iPod (it is most likely in recovery mode right now, it doesn't matter if it is or isn't).
Watch your iPod in the side bar and hold Home and Sleep.
AS SOON as your iPod disapears from the iTunes Sidebar, release sleep button (power button) and keep holding home button UNTIL it reappears in iTunes.
Now shift click (option click on macs) "restore" and select the 1.1.4 firmware you downloaded."

It looks like it went back to how I had it before I attempted all this, it's putting my songs back on my ipod now..

    It's still version 1.1.4 though -.-
