My ipod touch is keep on refreshing at home screen and I can't even turn it off. It turn back on automatically whenever I turn it off. All I did is changed root password with putty and install touchmod voip program.

You might have to restore, that's the only solution I found when that happened to me

Ya sort of. I can use for around 3/4 sec and then voila back to home screen. Even if I don't use any program, the home screen is keep on refreshing and it went back on even when i turn off.

Well i found out the problem. I completely forgot about the bsd message - passwd will crash springboard continuously and I used that command to changed the root password. The problem is solved.
