@Malcolm Um, no need to triple post, theres a thing called "Edit" . Anyways, What does the theme support (As in what does it say on the Cydia theme page?) And do you have the lock screen checked in winter board for the theme? As for the slider text you can use tweaks like Springmotize 2 (Payed but has so many things you'd like). Then for backups theres Pkgbackup (For cydia apps) and then there's Appbackup (For AppStore apps). Other people will suggest others which might help better, but that's what I use.

Set basic commands. For example, simple gestures, turn iPod off/on, open apps and much more

so activator just makes your iPod simpler?

It's very useful. It lets you set gestures to do certain functions or even change hardware buttons' functions.

Or, you can get CyDelete to delete Cydia apps as if they were App Store apps.

You can assign different commands to different gestures.
If your power button is no longer working, (like my ipod) you can lock your device by simply tapping your status bar!
