help!!

    hey guys im only new here and when i joined my last forum community i posted something in the wrong spot and got a whole heap of abuse so pre warning sorry if its in the wrong spot but...

    im trying to update my ipod touch to 3.1.3 and when i click update it says 'itunes could not contact the the ipod software update server because you are not connected to the internet. make sure internet connection is active and try again'

    Firewall... probably not... what iTunes are you using? 9.2? Why dont you upgrade to 4.0?

    Disable any antivirus and firewalls for a while and try aain. Or it might just be apples servernplaying up

    It could be your connection, or as fike said... Apples server.

    this has been going on for a week now its realling annoying me like ive tried no firewall, didnt work hmmm

    Ok, so it's not apples server then. Contact your ISP and see If they can do anything.
