Help!!!

    right my C: drive has gone nuts. its gone all blank and all it says is NTFS wont let me use it or nothing :S and its 80gig ??? i dont actually know what im talking about but it wont let me use it i know that for sure. thanks!1

    What happens when you click on it? Does it give an error code or anything?

    Hm. Do you have more than one account on your computer? If so, are you an administrator? There could possibly be some permissions problems, or you could be set by your admin to not be allowed into the drive.

    im the only account on here and i am administrator. but i logged on in safe mode and had access to it. so i dont know?

    Or i guess, maybe it IS formatted

    well its not formatted or blank becuase when i logged in safe mode it was juat normal haha. but i dno :| take a look at the screenie.

    That's really strange... I've never heard of anything like that happening. Can you access other folders, like your Libraries on the side or if you have any folders on the desktop? Can you open documents that are on the drive? Generally what I'm trying to find out is if you can still read from the rest of the drive.

    What if you were to make a shortcut to the c drive? Right-click on the desktop and hover over new, choose shortcut, and under the path type C:/ and see if you can get to it then. Or go into a folder and click the "up a folder" button until it's on the C drive.
