help!

    i am trying to jailbreak my 2g with redtool an am having trouble putting it in dfu mode. is dfu mode when it turns off and wont turn back on ? if it is i am doing it right and redtool just isent recgonizing it what do i do??

    I thought you already got into DFU Mode? That's what you said in your previous thread.

    i dont knwo im a noob now my screen is all white ? wtf is that bad?

    That's suppose to happen during the jailbreaking process. Just keep following the directions through RedTool.

    but it keeps saying that dfu mode failed or whtever and wants me to try again

    you need libusb to jailbreak, just download irecovery (please use google), it comes with the libusb installer, when you want to install libusb, right click on it, go to properties, compatibility, and set it to windows xp
