So I was jailbreaking my iPod Touch using a tutorial and I'm pretty sure that was doing it correctly. Instead of my iPod booting up, it took me to restore mode. When I tried to restore it (which I shouldn't have done), that's when my iPod completely shut down. I can't turn it on, itunes won't detect it, and I'm pretty sure that it's not in DFU mode. It's just a blank screen. Any help on how I can get my iPod to work?

Sorry, I haven't jailbroken before so I don't know much about jailbreaking

Put in DFU mode and use the tool you used to jailbreak to boot it... if you were using a tool. If not you just Put it in DFU and enter the boot commands in terminal.

Your iPod will have a blank screen regardless of whether it's off or in DFU mode. DFU mode displays NO graphics, it doesn't even turn the screen on.
