i jailbroke my ipod touch 2 gen 2.2.1. At first things were running well but then i tried installing "winterboard" with "cydia". It told me to reboot my itouch after it was done installing to work properly. But the new redsn0w is a tethered patch and when rebooting it turns off and then goes into dfu mode. Do i have to re-jailbreak my itouch every time it turns off? Any advice would be helpful. thanks.

    Boot. Not jailbreak.
Re-JBing will deleted you Cydia installed apps, and everything else for that matter..

Download 1-clickboot from the redsn0w area of this site.
