    i did everything and i cannot see my roms, its just blank.

    Where did you place the ROMs? And do you have the BIOS?

    var/root/media/ROMs/GBA/ ( i also have gba-bios in here too )

    Place the ROMs and BIOS in /var/mobile/media/ROMs/GBA.

    there is no mobile folder though do i create it?

    Do you mean there's no mobile folder inside /var or there's no ROMs folder inside /var/mobile/media? If it's the latter, yes, create one yourself.
