    im at restoring custom firmware and It says it preparing ipod for restore and i've been waiting for a while now(about 2+ hours now).

    Means iTunes is not responding. Press cntrl + alt + delete
    End task. Restore normally then try again.
    Not responsible for Anything that happens

    End it, Like he said. Then make sure no other programs are running, If your on a computer with a fairly low RAM.
