Hi um my iPod is going very slow. Everytime I try to unlock it it takes a good 45 seconds to unlock. When unlocking it I can get into an application. Once it takes 45 seconds to get into an application I can't get out because my home button won't work. I always have to uss emergency shutdown. Please help. I am 13 and it would be nice if you could explain in a way I'd be able to understand.

    Thank you.

I would agree with shotgunfool. Try restoring and if that doesn't fix it take it to a genius.
