When i charge my ipod touch, the screen acts wierd like its not syned properly. Lets say i go to the setting option and you can scroll up and down through the options. But when im charging it if i touch the screen with my finger the screen will shake up and down constantly and maybe even choose a option, even tho my finger hasnt moved since i touch the screen.

I noticed i have this problem only when i have a case on it, the case should have no effect on this but it does. Its litterally impossible to use peacefully when its charging. Theres probably no solution to fix this besides taking it in since its most likely a problem with the ipod touch itself

I just my touch about 2 weeks ago online refrub. On the apple site it says its still under warrently till the end of this year. Do you think they will replace mines for a new one? This probably has happened to a couple people before, so if it did what did you do

Your case could be to blame... If its a magnetic case. The magnet messes with the ipod. Electronics and anything magnetic dont mix.
or could be somthing with the FW

Nah the case isnt magnetic, this is the 3rd different case ive used, all with the same results. The one i have currently is just a hard plastic shell case. The first case i used had the same effect but it even did it when it wasnt charging.
