The safari download plugin puts the files in /var/root. and in mobile finder i cannot navigate to var/root, only var/mobile. so i cannot do anything with the files downloaded. and MNPLight doesnt work either it says cannot find server. so i have to ssh for anything i want to download, and it gets so annoying. any suggestions.

Don't have any issues on the MobileFinder, you may need to install the AFC2 Fix but most likely it's the settings in mobilefinder.
