First You Stop Making Every Word Start With A Capital Letter Because It Is Not Correct.

Apple has written a push notification guide; read that. It tells you about getting a certificate for your server, and everything. Again I say to this entire forum, read the documentation before posting things here.

First, get a server and an SSL certificate (via Apple and your keychain). Second, write some software that runs on the server and pushed out JSON messages to Apple's push server. Finally, write some software for iPhoneOS with the appropriate provisionings, making sure to include the appropriate UIKit methods at startup that expresses the app's desire to use push. Get the device token *NOT DEVICE UUID* and submit that to your push server's software. Have your push server software send the appropriate notification when appropriate to Apple's push server with the device token, etc.

For more details, you will need to read the Apple docs. Also, if you're trying to use this in a jailbroken app, you must still b an Apple registered dev.
