Help with jailbreaking!

    Hello! I have a non jailbroken iPod touch and I want to get it jailbroken..

    When i get to jailbreakme.com it just stands that the appsnap(?) has been closed down?

    Please help me with this so i can jailbreak mý ipod. If it is nesessery to know, i have the 2.0 firmware.

    jailbreakme.com does not work anymore. Could you clarify which firmware you're on because it says you're on 2.2.1 on the left, but you said 2.0, so just clarification please

    update to 2.2.1 and use QuickPwn to jailbreak it. Or you can update to 3.0 and use redsn0w 0.8 to jailbreak.

    To update to 3.0, use iTunes. It will cost $9.95.

    regarding that, I jailbreaked my iPod and it screwed everything up. i got it back to normal, so i would suggest you don't do it.

    You probably did something wrong. It works perfectly for me and a lot of other people lol

    well, it probably does. Mine was one of the first iPods to be jailbraked. It was very risky then (lol, this sounds like I did it decades ago xD).
