Help with bootcamp

    i have a macbook pro that i am trying to bootcamp with windows 7

    it wont allow me to because the partition is not ntfs format

    anbody know of how i can reformat to ntfs on a mac?

    or if im just doing something wrong

    You're right, Windows 7 only runs on NTFS. You should be able to get it to work somehow thou, somone with a Mac can answer you that.

    i checked out most of the links, and 90% of them are from like 7 years ago

    couldnt i install xp, then upgrade?

    Indeed XP would run on Fat32, could work, because upgrading to Windows 7 then automatically changes the partition to NTFS, its worth a try. I'm happy Mac guys decide to go Windows

    use the install disk to format the partition, then install.....

    Wen the install disc is in, there isn't an option to do that

    Have you gotten the bootcamp utility from Apple that supports Windows 7?
