Hi I have a jailbroken iPod Touch on 2.2.1 Firmware.
I jailbroke it 2 weeks ago and I had no problems watching movies but until last night my iPod auto-dims while watching a movie and then eventually auto-locks which stops the movie from playing. Normally my iPod doesn't have to be set to 'never auto-lock' while I'm watching a movie because it can automatically detect I am watching a video.

    Help me please

Do I have to do that?
    Because before I didn't have to, my iPod didn't auto-dim whenever I watched a video/movie.

Well obviously the movies are lame or else the iPod wouldve let you keep watching them. Maybe you should take a hint

Did you change the auto lock and dim under the Settings app? It may have restored those selections to the defaults as you jailbroke your iPod.

    There is no dim setting.
My auto-lock is now set to 'never' which is not my preference as it will drain more of my battery.
Before my iPod would detect there is a video playing and the backlight would not go off.
If you test it yourself on your own iPod I'm pretty sure it won't auto-lock.
