    Go to this Link:
    http://www.sendspace.com/file/it2vpm

    Download that
Then put your iPod into DFU mode
    Open the folder you download
Click on the file called: "1ClickBoot"
A command promt should come up
Then your iPod should turn to a white screen and then power on

Hey! I went to the same thing.
First make sure u have ur speakers on so that u hear the sound
This step is similar to dfu but there is a difference: Hold both power and home buttons: after 10 sec leave the power button(whether u hear any sound or not) and keep holding the home button until u hear a sound. At this point of time itunes opens and says ur ipod is in recovery mode n u need to restore. click ok and select restore by pressing shift+restore. select the latest firmware u have. there u go

PLease note that ur ipod will no more be jailbroken!
Pls reply n confirm whether it worked 4 u (atleast it did 4 me). All the best
