    Hi all,

First of all i no idea how to do anything on macs, so i apologize for my ignorance. i have my friends macbook and i would like to upgrade it to leopard. its about 2 years old and does fit all the system requirments.

I don't have access to the tiger install disks but i do have the leopard disks, but when i try to install leopard it throws me an error "can't install"

My friend partition his hard drive so that part of it would run windows. is this going to affect installing leopard? and how to i remove the partition.

Also i tried to run boot camp but it says that it is expiered.

    Steps would be great. thanks!
