Help unban ipod ip

    I accidently got my ipod ip banned on a network and i am wondering if theres a way to change it i tried typing something with dns didn't work so i really need to figure out how to unban my ipod...

    That's besides the point... i posted a month ago and no one has even tried to tell me theres no way

    Well the ipod itself doesn't have a ip. An ip is the internet provider number usually a 192.168. etc. i think there is a way to change it im not sure though you might have to do it through your internet provider. It has to be changed on the computer not your ipod. Personally i have like 4 different ip numbers that change every so often.

    no you are NOT correct

    the 192.168.etc is only a number designated to a computer by a router, NOT THE IP ADDRESS OF THE DEVICE


    you can't change your IP address, otherwise everyone coul get away with anything online by changing their IP address, its a fixed number pretty much that is your so called "house address" per se.

    They probably blacklisted your MAC Address...

    Thats one thing you deff. cannot change, unless you get a new iPod.
