Hi, a few days ago i recieved a computer from someone who needed it repaired. They were getting the error "Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: System32\Drivers\Ntfs.sys" .I read about and concluded that the way to repair this was to run windows setup from a boot disk. So i made the boot disks using microsofts own utility. I popped the floppy into the machine and voila microsoft setup pops up. Hooray i thought. But now its just stuck at the blue screen with windows setup at the top and a thick white line at the bottom. Any help on getting it fixed?
