Hello, Im having trouble restoring my iphone.
Was planning on selling it so i did the reset all data and settings button in the settings app.
Took a VERY long time ... so i restarted it.
then it only did the apple screen.

So i tried to restore in itunes and it says that the device isn't eligible for the requested build.

    HELP PLEASE

if you put DFU mode and clicked restore it will update to 4.0.1, the only way to go to something less than 4.0.1 is if you have shsh blobs

Update your iTunes version to 9.2 and you'll be able to get to 4.0
