Help please...

    The touch part of my touch won't work... i can get into any app but then a can't tap on anything that's there... anybody know how to fix?

    Do i HAVE to restore? I only will as a last resort...

    never hear of that problem...there are some strange problems...my ipod once didnt play videos out of a sudden. had to restore

    but you could copy all data on your ipod to your pc and then simply put them on the restored ipod again
    you may have probems with permissions then though...

    copy it all into ur mac
    same thing really
    ssh in
    copy it out

    just make sure to chmod 755 everything when u put it back in

    You have to turn it off then turn it on in about like 30 minutes.
    When you turn it back on leave it on for a few minutes.

    What i recommend is you install an app called Respring or Reboot.
    When your problem happens open that app and then it should work.

    hey guys thanks for the many responses... the last one is the best way to fix this
